Regulations of Reinstatement Request

1. You can only reinstatement 2x only.
2. Once accepted again you can come out when only 3 weeks, failing to know BANNED exposed from SAMD.
3. Not allowed to copy and paste the format of other people's Reinstatement.
4. Once accepted you should reread all the Handbooks.
5. You must submit to the Regulations in SAMD.
6. After you receive it you can go to ASGH to receive the badge again.
